All vehicles are offered with no allowance for any error in weight, size,
quality
or fitness or any defect, imperfection or error what so ever will be made.
No express or implied warranties are given as to the condition, mileage
or
description of the vehicle. Corporate Wholesale International (CWI) does
not
guarantee the odometer or clock reading on any vehicle. No representation
is
made as to the past use of any vehicle.

The purchaser must be satisfied as to the actual condition of the said
vehicle
prior to commencement of bidding. By the act of bidding the purchaser shall
be deemed to have agreed to the details supplied on the vehicle purchased
and to have accepted the same in their then condition in all respects according
to the vehicle auction report available.

| ・Bidders / Purchasers |
|
Unless otherwise agreed by CWI all intending purchasers must register thier
name, address & contact details prior to commencement of bidding.
Each purchaser must supply full details requested before a buyer's bid will be
accepted. CWI reserves the right to request a deposit from or deny bids to any
intending purchaser without giving any reason.

| ・Title to Vehicles |
|
Vehicles sold will not become the property of the purchaser until full
payment
is made. CWI reserves the right to withhold delivery of vehicles purchased until
the above conditions have been met. Vehicles which have not been paid for
in
full by the deadline of payment may at any time be re-sold by CWI.

| ・Pre Auction Reports |
|
Where CWI provides a copy of Pre Auction Reports, purchasers are to be
aware
that these reports are to be used only as a guide to assist in assessing
vehicles.
No warranty is expressed or implied. The final responsibility for assessing
the
condition of any vehicle rests with the bidders prior to the commencement of
the auction.
